Meet The Team

Francis is a dedicated person with background in accounting and passionate about hearing healthcare. His passion for hearing healthcare was defined long before his accountancy studies. He joined one of the first hearing centres in Ghana in 2014 on an industrial attachment and was trained to conduct hearing screening, hearing aid programming and fitting and primary ear healthcare.

Francis is a graduate of the Starkey Hearing Institute in Lusaka, Zambia, where he earned his professional certification as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

With about a decade hearing healthcare industry experience, Francis has a high level ability to adjust to the rapid advancement of hearing instruments which allows him, to fit many styles, types, and manufacturer brands.

He has valuable working experience with patients of all ages and backgrounds with a particular interest in pediatric hearing healthcare and hopes to specialize in this area.

Francis is currently the CEO and founder of Medwin Hearing Centre in the regional capital of Ghana, Accra. He is also an ambassador of Menstrual Health Hygiene and promote reusable menstrual sanitary pads for Queens Royal Care producers of reusable sanitary pads in Ghana.

He believes that education is supposed to give individuals the prerequisite knowledge, skills and the ability to thirst for solutions to numerous challenges that humanity is faced with.
